Death is a trip. Ella may have lost her teenage daughter, but she still clings to life. She’s above grief. She befriends the boy the whole world blames for her daughter’s death. But ghosts are everywhere. Not metaphorical ghosts, but echoes, projections, memories undead. Death is a trip. But what about life? A manic journey, a pointless hope, a sun- drenched séance.
